Meet the Founders

Launch Scale was founded by a team of entrepreneurs who’ve been exactly where you are. As winners of the eBay for Business Awards 2023, they’ve built and scaled a multi-million-pound tech business through marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, on Buy and Back Market — not as consultants, but as hands-on operators. With real-world experience, a track record of proven success, and a passion for helping other businesses grow, they’ve created Launch Scale to share the strategies that actually work.

    After 25 years working for HMRC in management accounting, Nicki moved into entrepreneurship, co-founding a multi award-winning technology recycling business.

    Nicki has spent the last 8 years focusing on marketplace growth, specifically eBay, Amazon and Back Market where her companies have generation multi-million revenue through online marketpalces.

    As co-founder of launchScale, Nicki is excited to share her knowledge and experience in launching and scaling marketplace revenue streams for clients with a specilism in customer services and marketplace policy management.

    Matt has been an entrepreneur most of his life, leaning important skills required to succeed in both online and offline activites.

    Matt bring with him decades of experience in online sales, marketing and strategic development which has seen his own business drive million-pound revenues through marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Back Market, while achieving an eBay for Business award in 2023.

    Matt is the create side of the business, always looking to explore and exploit new and exciting ways to build a brand to force success through online sales activities.
